1-2 Hour Service
Available 24 hours a day. Add 30% to 2-3 Hour Service.

2-3 Hour Service
Available for pick-up from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Weekdays only.

3-5 Hour Service
Available for pick-up from 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Weekdays only.

Air Port Service
Counter to Counter and Air Freight services are available for all Bay area airports: San Jose, San Francisco and Oakland.

For airline fees billed to your account there is no charge. If the airline or destination courier is billed to Golden Express, there will be an additional $15.00 charge.

Court Filing
Legal filing will be charged on a 1-2 Hour Service.

24 Hour Service
Golden Express couriers are available 24 hours a day,7 days a week.

Regular pick-up hours 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. No extra charge.

Pick-ups or deliveries made between 5:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. Add 50% to 1-2 Hour Service.

Pick-up or deliveries made between 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. Add 100% to 1-2 Hour Service.

Pick-up or deliveries on Saturday. Add 50% to 1-2 Hour Service.

Pick-up or deliveries on Sunday or Holiday. Add 100% to 1-2 Hour Service.

Size & Weight
There are no specific size and weights limits.

End of the month freight
Any Size from an envelope to a Truck load.

Waiting Time
Waiting time exceeding 10 minutes will be charged at $12.00 for each 15 minutes increments.

Multiple Shipments /Packages
One single weight charge is assessed on all packages going to the same address. In case of 2 or more packages going to the same city, the second and additional packages will be $20.00 per delivery.

Packaging for Shipments
No special packaging is required. Simply place your material in a box or envelope and affix the waybill.

Dedicated Courier Service
You may hire a Golden Express driver by the hour for any special requests.

Bobtail Service
14’ Bobtail minimum $150.00. Additional driver $35.00 per hour.
